How Does It Work?

In Store Items:

• Place your order through the website.
• Come in to the store and show your receipt to pick up your items.
• Same day pick-up for items ordered before 10am

Note:

We try, but our inventory may not always be accurate. It is better to call the store and check before you make payment. We will be happy to check for you.

Special Order Warehouse Items:

• Order your items through the website.
• We will process your order, notify you, and transfer the items to our next available shipping container.
• Once arrived on St John, you will be notified that your items are available for pick-up.
• You or your designated representative can come to the store with the receipt and collect your items.

Note: 

Our normal shipping can take at least 2 to 3 weeks from ordering to receiving. This can increase due to bad weather, St John barge issues, or other conditions outside of our control. Please be patient and live life Island Time.

If for any reason we are unable to complete your order we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative product, or process a full refund.

Manufacturers return and warranty processes apply to all products. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help resolve any issues.
